I believe in full transparency, so while each project is unique the rates and deliverables below are a pretty good starting point of what you can expect to see for 2026 for hourly shoots.

Individual Session Hourly Rates

These are my standard rates for hourly sessions photo sessions with a maximum of 8 hours.

***note these rates do not include travel or studio fees.
A flat fee of $75 will be added to rates listed below.

WHAT are/How Much are studio fees?

Studio fees are what studios charge to rent the studio. the prices vary depending on the studio, and I do not upcharge for booking a studio. Example if a studio charges exactly $100 for an hour rental to book the studio then I add $100 on to your invoice, and set up the booking for us.

I've seen prices range from $80 - $200 an hour for studio fees.

What if i want to travel for my session?

I will travel outside of phoenix within a 150 mile radius for a small trip fee of $75 (Ex. Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff).

What if i want to go further than that?

Let's say you have a particular place in mind like White Sands, Joshua Tree, or anywhere else in the world. I LOVE to travel so, let's make it happen! Fill out my contact form or shoot me an email at apilgrimsemail@gmail.com

If you’re hosting a retreat and looking for an experienced photographer, You're in the right place! My goal as a retreat photographer is to allow the retreat hosts to unplug and focus on connection and while I focus on the content.

What's the catch? It's simple. You bring me on your retreat for an even energetic exchange for locations I have not captured before, I capture the all magic on camera, and occasionally participate in retreat activities. Set up a free consultation with me to ensure I'm a good fit. *host must also cover travel up to

How long will it take to get my photos back?

Turn around times vary depending on how many sessions I have in my editing queue, but typically it takes me 2.5 - 3 weeks to return your fully edited gallery.

How you edit your photos and video?

I use both Lightroom & Photoshop for photo, for longer videos I use Adobe Premiere Pro, and for short form content I use CapCut.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

If you would like to extend the session the day of and my schedule is open, then of course we will just have to update the price to reflect the extra time!

What kind of gear do you use?

I'm a canon kind of girl. I shoot with a Canon R, and have a variety of lenses. My go to lens is the F2 24-70.
